Marcus offers a perspective that will resonate; a message that is conversational, but has the raw physics of power and energy that motivate change. From a medical standpoint, it is a person’s “activation for change” that is the first step toward improvement and a more healthy lifestyle.

"Immunity starts in our digestive system with properly balanced ‘good’ bacteria. These bacteria strengthen our immune system and are critical to other functions including our emotional well-being. My probiotics are formulated to support the immune system and restore the delicate balance of digestive bacteria, and my multi-vitamin/mineral is developed to supply often-missing nutrients essential to your body operating at its highest level.” —Marcus Antebi, Founder of Juice Press & goodsugar™

MY DIET MADE ME TIRED & WEAk
In 2003, in order for me to maintain my 'fight weight' of 145 lbs I had to go completely plant based. I quickly found this was the only diet that worked to make me energized and strong. I had to give up processed foods, too much protein, late night eating, etc. I've developed a program that helped thousands of people's lives at Juice Press. Now, I making my experience available in a more comprehensive program.
EXERCISE CONSISTENTLY WITH INTENSITY
Regular exercise is one of the cornerstones of maintaining a great immune system. Evidence shows the benefit of a lifestyle that includes intense exercise at least 3-4 days every week. This not only supports a robust immune system, but it keeps you in great shape and contributes a great deal to your overall happiness. I'm 51 years young and exercise 5-6 days a week to stay in total balance.
GET OUT OF THE PHARMACY JUNK FOOD CYCLE
Big Pharmacy and the processed food industry have an unspoken alliance with each other for over a century. The foods make us sick and the medicine is prescribed to fix us. It's up to us to break free from this destructive loop!
